The Dionicio Morales Foundation “Pride in Heritage Project” is inspired by the mission, vision and life story of Mexican American leader Dionicio Morales.

The Mission of The Foundation

The Dionicio Morales Foundation is dedicated to instilling pride in Mexican cultural heritage, promote positive intercultural relations and build an inclusive and strong multicultural society.

Objectives/Goals

The Dionicio Morales Foundation is aimed at achieving the foundation’s mission through specific objectives. These objectives will be accomplished through recording and communicating Mexican cultural information and history, with an emphasis on relating the mission and life story of Mexican-American leader Dionicio Morales.

To fulfill this mission, the following goals have been set:

• Teach the beauty of the culture of Mexico
• Improve inter-cultural and intra-cultural relations by developing and fostering collaborations between Mexico and the United States
• Inspire self-esteem in all Mexican-Americans
• Support organizations and individuals upholding positive images of Mexican-Americans in society
• Promote and perpetuate the legacy of Dionicio Morales
• Maintain the Dionicio Morales website.
